CurrentAir separation Unit Plant.Understand plant Start ups and Shutdowns always. Ensure flow of water and level in cooling tower to be above 95% and with two pumps one on standby. Instruments air should be available and power demand checked before starting operation. Check all valves in the field before plant operation.Check all Parameters,Permissive ,Shutdowns,interlocks , temperature, pressure,vibration & Oil levels .Check air filters and Air flow at allstages.Ensure the inter coolers,DCAS, Chiller are perfect. Ensure Water, Hydrocarbon, CO2 are removed at TSA .Remember to put the TSA bed correctly. Monitor CO2 analyser to be zero ppm,when putting in service,make sure to pressurize the TSA bed to prevent chemicals from mixing,then start the tsa.Go to compander defrost until the temperature become positive inlet and out let then start the compander and close recycle valve. open all 4 valves and pressurize the hp column then open the 3 valve reboiler block and pressurize lp column. put starting set points to cool the plant there after normalizing the plant. And establishe Oxygen purity of 96% and control waste purity to less than 1.5% and respond to all alarms .Record and report all daily plant performance .Water treatment plant. Water clarification starts in the clarifier. Chemicals are added to destabilize suspended solids and chlorine to kill germs. suspended solids will settle at the bottom as flocks and pumped out as sludge and turbidity will be reduced by 10 times. DMFs filter water to reduce turbidity to zero.Ensure micro filtration in cartridge filters Chlorine and micro particles are removed. ROs, dissolved minerals and salts are removed and reduces water conductivity to 10,Mixed bed remove dissolved minerals and salt to zero with positive and negative charged resins. When the ROs get saturated, they will undergo CIPWhen the mixed bed get saturated the undergo regeneration. acid and caustic is injected.
