Recruited potential clients such as school districts, colleges, transportations offices, and the New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT). Hired and trained student forecasters in advanced lake effect snow forecasting techniques and basic client relations. Held weekly forecast discussions with LESPaRC team to ascertain possible threats and forecasting challenges in the coming week, so as to forewarn clients in a timely manner.

Made weekly forecasts for SUNY Oswego's LESPaRC website for the NYSDOT, and several school districts across Central and Northern New York. Forecasts included hourly predictions of parameters, such as temperature, wind speed and direction, snowfall rate, windchill and visibility. Helped implement a new snowfall map for a better display of information to our clients.

Worked for the Ontario Winter Lake-effect Systems (OWLeS) project at SUNY Oswego. Participated in daily forecast discussions, lead by notable meteorologists from other colleges, as well as meteorologists from the National Weather Service. As a member of the SUNY Oswego Rawinsonde Team, duties included; launching rawinsondes during lake-effect storms, creating and uploading sounding profiles, and writing field reports. Expanded my knowledge upon setting-up and operating a Vaisala rawinsonde system, creating soundings in RAOB, operating a helium tank, and blowing up and launching a weather balloon.
