The Senior Case Manager is a client-dedicated role that supports the day-to-day management of a portfolio of matters and assists with discovery program development and discovery case strategy. This role works closely with other client organizations such as IT, InfoSec, Privacy, and Compliance as required to ensure that daily discovery requirements are met in a timely manner and according to best practices. As a strategic consultant, the Senior Case Manager requires strong attention to detail, problem solving, communication, and people management skills.

The eDiscovery Client Services Specialist provides support to the firm’s clients using the Relativity platform and/or the Stroz platform, a proprietary document review tool used in high-profile litigation matters. This position is responsible for working directly with our clients (top law firms and corporations) in training and supporting them on how to effectively utilize the systems to make their document review more efficient and cost effective. A normal work day will include providing training, troubleshooting technical issues, QC and offering guidance on how to best use the systems based on the client's goals, all while providing superior customer service. Essential Job FunctionsRespond to customer questions regarding the basic functionality of the Stroz and Relativity platforms such as how to create folders/issue tags, print documents, run basic queries, and save documents outside of the review module.Regularly communicate with clients to understand their deadlines and type of review workflow. Assist with organizing documents by constructing complex queries and creating distribution sets.Perform extensive QC of client's production sets.Deliver high quality training sessions on the Stroz and Relativity platforms to our clients, either onsite or via remote web conferencing.Proactively offer recommendations on how to best use the many Artificial Intelligence features of the system to reduce the client’s overall review time.Work closely with the Development team on software improvements.Work closely with and provide project status updates to the Managers and Assistant Directors of the Stroz team, and the firm’s Engagement Managers.Work closely with the production team to assist with post- processing functions and production preparation.Provide customer support by shadowing user sessions to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues and escalate larger issues, such as unusual system performance, to IT.
