Developed two instrumentation products; “Nanoflash” and “QLab” that measure the thermal conductivity properties of materials most typically used in advanced applications (aerospace, semiconductor manufacturing, etc).

Specified, designed and coded an Analog Devices 2181 DSP based interface board for a Class III implantable cardiac device (pacemaker) programmer.

Specified, designed, coded and tested a non-volatile flash eprom database system for maintaining patient and physician data within an ophthalmic ultrasound diagnostic instrument (axial-biometric scanner) within an ISO9000 development environment. Designed and implemented an embedded Hewlett-Packard PCL-6 printer driver within the same instrument for printing hi-resolution ultrasound images.

Integrated a Tau-tron telephone line remote test unit (RTU) with an AT&T telephone line access unit (MTAU) to produce a combined prototype system for AT&T.

Specified, designed, coded, and tested the Operator Interface embedded software for a medical instrument which measures hemoglobin species in the blood (CO-Oximeter).

Specified, designed, coded, and tested a real-time task that detects and locates fires and overheat conditions onboard the Boeing 777 commercial jet aircraft. The task is highly fault tolerant, utilizing extensive built-in diagnostics, dual redundant temperature sensing devices, and triple redundant embedded microprocessors.

Specified, designed, and coded a pop-up window user interface for a Lotus PC platform product marketing utility "Lotus Choices" using C-Scape Screen Designer.

Specified, designed, coded, and tested an embedded BASIC language interpreter for use in a new line of servomotor controllers based on the Intel 8096 microcontroller.

Senior engineer and project leader responsible for leading the development of MIT spin-off company's product line that monitors the cure of polymers and composite materials in real-time through dielectric measurement. Responsible for driving the product from conception through final testing.
