Over his 16 years in professional services, beyond his clients at the Department of the Air Force, he has had the pleasure of supporting clients at the Defense Logistics Agency, Department of the Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Whether it be for large-scale business and process transformation, culture definition and instantiation, organizational and behavioral change management, strategic communications, leadership engagement strategies, and training and education, Stephen's teams are adept at providing enduring high-impact and high-quality deliverables and results.
