With over 15 years of experience in the education and banking sectors, I am currently the Vice President - Head of Sales, Customer Success and Services within the Workforce Solutions division at Pearson. In this role, I oversee the global sales and customer success teams, as well as the professional services division. We help organizations build a leading edge by giving leaders the business clarity to plan ahead, and employees the skills they need to thrive in future where Gen AI and technological enhancement will reshape industries, as well as disrupt how we all work. We look to improve as a team everyday, leveraging a joined up approach throughout the customer journey, utilising the latest tools and processes to make sure we really listen, all in aid of driving market leading growth, retention, and business outcomes for our customers, while ensuring compliance and efficiency required for a fit organization. On a personal level, I am passionate about helping drive productivity in the economy by removing the barriers for everyone, whatever their starting point, to upskill rather than just talk about it; and am committed to fostering a culture of kindness, collaboration, diversity, and innovation within my teams, where curiosity, customer obsession and passion to solve this great problem thrives. I joined Pearson as the VP of Treasury and Enterprise Risk, where I managed the financial and operational risks of the company, and later became the VP of GTM and Commercial Strategy, where I developed and executed the go-to-market, partnership and pricing strategies for our enterprise products and services.
