As head of WTW’s UK pensions and benefits Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) group, I lead support for companies and pension trustees as they prepare for, assess and manage the challenges arising from corporate transactions. This includes advising on costs and risks, and helping companies to achieve successful workforce integration and synergies post M&A to maximise value.I qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in 2002 and hold a practicing Scheme Actuary certificate, and aside from M&A I work collaboratively with clients on broader plan design, funding and risk management.
