>Responsibilities included the development of a highly sensitive satellite digital receiver. Receiver was designed to be capable of demodulating BPSK, QPSK and OQPSK signals using a remodulator architecture which included a digital PLL with adaptive filtering and novel bit synchronization. Implemented and characterized through simulation and numerical analyses in MATLAB; theoretical results were calculated and verified with the experimental results. Complete documentation and presentation as final thesis.

>Responsibilities included testing and design support of two satellite L-band mobile terminals. Designed and implemented a high power transmit/receive network for a mobile satellite terminal. Support duties included resolving manufacturing issues such as test fixture calibration and qualification, and providing solutions to production line yield problems. Very experienced in the diagnosis of RF hardware, including synthesizers, modulators, low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers, and the use of all RF test equipment.
