I am responsible for managing a team of around 5 people on a full-time basis. This involves monitoring performance and ensuring all targets are met. I attend Manager meetings and feed back to my team the changes and targets going forward. I aim to motivate my team and boost figures using positive, constructive criticism and incentives. I also have my own targets to meet and still Fundraise whilst managing the team.

This role involves door-to-door fundraising for various campaigns on behalf of well-known charities such as Macmillan Cancer Support, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Anthony Nolan, and Save the Children. This involves working both positively within a team and independantly, essentially marketing our Clients to the public in order to build upon a growing reputation. Through this role, I have recieved valuable Sales training and guidence on how to appropriately deliver information on sensitive issues and campaigns whilst encouraging donations.

I have recently started as a part-time Graphic Designer for Cash for Kids. This involves rebranding, redesigning logos and leaflets, and creating posters and other marketing material to raise awareness and generate interest in fundraising events.

Administrator/ Receptionist This role was for an international research centre, and was primarily a reception based role but also included administrative duties.Receptionist This role was for a leading business support and development organisation. I greeted incoming Clients and appropriately directed them to the correct department or person. I also regularly used the telephone, taking incoming calls and delivering outbound calls.Administrator/ Receptionist This role was for one of the world's leading hearing aid specialists. I was responsible for greeting customers, general admin duties, booking and confirming appointments, and all incoming and outbound calls. Warehouse OperativeThis role was for a horticultural distributor. I was responsible for the assisting of unloading large containers and ensuring all procedures were done safely and efficiently.
