Manage the day to day operations of the ADF Point Of Sale Depot program. Responsible for asset management, installations, vendor relationships, project implementation, and hardware services. Develop a team of professionals capable of providing high quality, one on one phone support in addition to excellent hardware service extremely high quality installations and service deliverables.

Manage a team of highly efficient technicians responsible for working with approximately 300 restaurants to diagnose, replace, and repair Point of Sale equipment in 8 states. Travel to new construction sites to install new networks, telephony, television, security, and POS equipment. Conduct asset management for the depot program including but not limited to vendor relations and inventory management. Facilitate projects as needed for large scale hardware changes and implementations as required by corporate leaders. Participate in High level meetings to discuss direction and current issues with POS equipment and features. Acquire and maintain certification with vendors such as Epson and Brother to ensure depot technicians can perform the best repairs at the lowest cost possible. Install Cisco routers 800 series and Cisco Catalyst 2960 switches. Repair Mobile devices including iPads, laptops, and mobile phones. Work with inexperienced end users to train on new features as well as walk through complex hardware service.

Successfully balanced the needs of management, customers, and employees to provide the best possible service with he best possible profitability. Made schedules, provided training, and provided counseling to employees accordingly. Generated reports, conducted audits, and performed administrative tasks as necessary. Maintained accountability for inventory and equipment.

Performed chemical analysis on water from the facilities triple pass water boiler to ensure the quality of the water in the boiler remained neutral and non-damaging to the boiler or related equipment. Worked with liquid radioactive and hazardous waste. Meticulous adherence to company regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of myself and fellow workers. Facilities maintenance as needed repairing equipment under the care of my department.

Provided direct wheeled and tracked vehicle maintenance. Diagnosed and repaired mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on light and heavy-armored vehicles. Led and trained teams of other soldiers as needed in their daily duties.
