Travel to new construction sites to install new networks, telephony, television, security, and POS equipment. Conduct asset management for the depot program including but not limited to vendor relations and inventory management. Facilitate projects as needed for large scale hardware changes and implementations as required by corporate leaders. Participate in High level meetings to discuss direction and current issues with POS equipment and features. Acquire and maintain certification with vendors such as Epson and Brother to ensure depot technicians can perform the best repairs at the lowest cost possible. Install Cisco routers 800 series and Cisco Catalyst 2960 switches. Repair Mobile devices including iPads, laptops, and mobile phones. Work with inexperienced end users to train on new features as well as walk through complex hardware service.
