Dealing only with the reseller channel is a worthwhile and satisfying opportunity. Quality of Service and Support remain essential. As does the importance of communicating in the correct manner and building relationships. - As well as Broadband, I also have managed both the Ethernet product and WLR.- Product growth. In an industry with product saturation, migrations are key and this is more achievable with quality offering and educating Resellers of the service levels which they have previously "put up with". Gamma offers a quality alternative and a migration process which we believe to be relatively straightforward.- Industry relationships. Having been in the industry for 8 years and actively nurturing relationships I have a strong understanding of the market, future developments and where I can see growth in the future. Business broadband services are under-valued for what they provide to a business. Quality is a differentiator and in the near future I hope to be able to provide measures to evaluate just how good your broadband package is. BT are a key supplier and since working in the industry I have some excellent personal relationships buily up in different functional areas of BT.- Network management. Weekly reviews of network performance to consider requirements and changes. With input from Engineers and Operations management to monitor capacity and ensure service quality is maintained.
