• I looked after the South of the UK in terms of airflow products from Faster srl and provided backup for the UK with Taylor Wharton/IC cyrostorage vessles. • I was the player/manger of the Faster division within Biopharma managing a team of 4 including myself (2 admin, 2 sales). This involved developing the team’s skills necessary to increase productivity and profitability. I generated a monthly board report for the directors for all KPIs for the division.• Airflow products include Microbiological Safety Cabinets (Class I, II and III), Laminar flow cabinets, Chemical fume cupboards and Cytotoxic cabinets to name a few•As well as direct involvement with customer my role also involves supporting partners/distributors such as Wolflabs, SLS, VWR and Fisher Scientific, to name few, in terms of technical support as well as site visits to customers. • Completing technical tenders and enquiries

• Field sales position covering the South East (South London, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire and Wiltshire)• Specialising in Life Science products including laboratory water purification, autoclaves, CO2 incubators and microbiological safety cabinets• Along with capital equipment sales, i was also in charge of selling and maintaining service contracts, this included a university wide opt-in service contract to cover all water purification systems at King's College London. • In 2019 my territory had the most new accounts and achieved over 200% of this particular KPI

Two month placement at The Jack Birch Unit for Molecular Carcinogenesis. Working with PhD students, post-docs and lab technicians carrying out experiments and analysing data. I worked on two projects; ‘Identifying early transcription factors and investigating the downstream effect in bladder cancer cell lines’ and ‘The effect of heavy metal on bladder cancer development’. I was taught several molecular biology experiments such as tissue culture, ELISA, western blotting and PCR. I also participated in several histology experiments including immunohistochemistry, paraffin embedding and slide preparation.
