I have worked in the marina industry for over 10 years now. Moving from just a summer time job on the pier for rentals to now doing service advisor work, writing work orders, scheduling service, completing tech work, sales delivery orientation and providing the best customer service to all the customers that I encounter. I am able to build relationships with customers not just inside of work, but outside as well which helps develop trust and longevity with the customer.I take pride in my work and have a passion for teaching others. Every Sunday I am doing Wake Surf lessons or teaching customers further on the uses of their boats to ensure that they are getting the most out of their purchases with the company. This also gives me a way to develop resources, create relationships and learn a lot from most of the customers whom are business owners.
