Director and Licensee in Charge of Ray White Armidale. Stephen is licensed in Real Estate, Auctioneering, Strata Management and Stock and Station. Stephen has worked in the Armidale Real Estate Industry since 1989, the first 14 years specialising in Property Management. Stephen’s main focus when purchasing his business in 1999 was to build on the existing property management department in order to have it recognised as one of Armidale’s finest property management departments offering a superior service to landlords. To this end Stephen increased the original rental business of 100 properties to 275 properties in the first year of being in business. This increase was a direct result of his personal interest in each and every client and their Investment portfolio regardless of size. This today is our property management departments philosophy which now manages over 500 residential and commercial properties. Stephen made a successful transition into Sales in 2004. In the first six months of Stephens transition he was awarded second place for total number of sales in the Mid - North Coast Zone for Ray White. Today Stephen’s main focus is on the day to day running of Ray White Armidale while still proving a high level of personal service to his clients.
