As Managing Director and owner of Randall Contracting Ltd and Randall Plant Ltd, I have over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. I am very pragmatic and client focused and ready to use my experience to advise clients and their teams from the planning through to the procurement stage. I have successfully delivered many traditional and more complex projects, such as BoxPark, Croydon and Airbus, Stevenage for both the private and public sectors. Dedication to customer service, quality and value has generated a comprehensive list of clients, with repeat business forming the major part of our turnover. Clients and stakeholders have ever more challenging conditions and concerns for their projects and, with my vast knowledge in the industry, I have been fortunate enough to assemble a loyal team over the years to develop and deliver successful works. I continue to look to the future embracing modern techniques and am a firm believer that everyone needs to constantly learn and update their knowledge as our environment, methods, materials, and plant are evolving and changing all the time.My role has been to build and lead the team supplying a comprehensive range of construction related services, including structural alterations, demolition, asbestos removal, remediation, waste recycling, haulage, and plant hire. I am also a strong believer in nurturing and encouraging my staff with regards to training and personal development which is fully supported and managed accordingly from management level to those on the ground.
