Cobb Systems Group (CSG) is a multi-faceted technology services provider with three lines of business.- Product development. CSG has developed an innovative data-driven product for streamlining the recruitment process. I was responsible for architectural design and development of a patented analytics engine used to compare and contrast candidate capabilities with a benchmark profile.- Staffing. I am responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing, assessing, and recommending candidates, and maintaining CSG’s ongoing client relationship. I use our product to develop exercises and analyze candidate performance against benchmark profiles. - Consulting. As a consultant I have been engaged on a number of projects:o As a .NET Architect and Developer on the migration of a large and complex web application from on-premise data centers to the AWS cloud for a financial services firm. The application has been in service since 1999 and the technology stack encompasses the range of Microsoft languages, frameworks, and technologies delivered from then to now.o Led the development of an AWS hosted IOT service delivering optimal energy efficiency usage of temperature control devices. I developed the initial framework and transitioned to CSG’s offshore team. This work led to expansion of CSG’s client relationship and we now provide executive and architecture consulting, and development and operations services. I returned to this client for another 18 months where I worked on several other projects and acted as the on-site engagement manager for the CSG offshore team.o Led a Swaps Accounting project, introduced agile development practices' and took a major role in requirements and design elaboration.o Led the development of a worksite health training program. Developed data warehouse and ETL processes delivering management dashboards and reports. Successfully transitioned this to a full-time data manager hired by CSG using our candidate assessment product.

Collaborated with the client as the senior technical executive on several aspects of the project – status reports, technical architecture, performance and security engineering. Led a team of 75 developers and testers, located in the US and India. Designed the portal framework and the integration layer to client and 3rd party providers. Defined and led Performance Engineering activity in conjunction with client team. Validated online portal could support 1.6M registered users from stability, latency and throughput aspects of performance. Defined and led Security Engineering activity entailing deep code analysis and dynamic testing by a 3rd party security provider. Validated the online platform met the security requirements of an internet accessible financial services site
