About Stephen Rayment

I have a passion for supply chain which is predominantly built during 20 years across different Novartis companies. I am now looking for an opportunity where I can use my experience gathered to benefit customers and stakeholders. I have an extensive background with leadership experience in many disciples giving me a complete end-to-end view of the supply chain. My roles have always been in very dynamic working environments affording me a great overview of complex international operations. With local, regional and global remits in the Consumer Health, Pharma and Chemical Industries, I lead transformational supply chain projects that offer simplification and standardization to processes while targeting financial benefits and customer satisfaction. My career is punctuated by change driven by the ever-changing business environment at Novartis. I have embraced the integration, divestment, and merger projects that I have had leadership roles in, which greatly helped develop my change mindset and stakeholder management thinking.
