IT Recruiter•Utilize online job boards like Corp-Corp, Dice, Personal reference, Personal Database, Mass Mailing and candidate references, etc to source out consultant, GC, US citizens, H1-B.•Maintaining resumes database•Constantly calling consultants to check their availability.•Mailing requirements to candidates and where by receiving Updated Resume with all information filled in the mail.•Conducting telephonic interview with candidate to check if he matches with our requirement, Visa status, availability (Notice period), relocation to given location, etc.•Discussing the salary of the candidates and closing the right candidate fit for the requirement from salary point of view (Salary Negotiation). •Follow ups with Team Manager, Account Manager AVP for the feedback of earlier interview schedule and to schedule new interviews of fresh candidates whether telephonic OR In-person. •Making extensive searches and coordinating with the team members to fulfill the requirement
