Over the past 20+ years at ZS, Stephen has developed and deployed operations and analytics capabilities including Process Excellence & Transformation, Intelligent Automation, and Client Shared Services. He has established four Expertise Centers at ZS including Process Excellence, Technology Delivery Excellence, Program Management, and Delivery Excellence. He is a thought leader in sales compensation and helped revamp sales compensation design and administration for several companies. Collectively, these capabilities support dozens of clients across 10+ industries in over 90 countries.Stephen previously led the Sales Compensation practice area at ZS where he helped shape sales compensation for much of the pharma industry, leading to more motivated sales forces and improved sales. He also led ZS’s New Delhi, India office where he helped grow it from 300 to 800 people. Prior to ZS he worked in engineering consulting for several years.Stephen holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Toronto, and engineering degrees from Cornell University and the University of Western Ontario.
