Aiding and assisting teachers to help facilitate effective learning with children and teenagers with SEN. My role requires me to be decisive, effective and efficient and solving problems, as well as building professional rapports with both staff and pupils. In addition to my classroom assistant role I am heavily involved with a variety of sports coaching and organising. These include and are not limited to: Rugby Union, Athletics, football, tennis, badminton, cricket and netball.

Placement while at university which further enhanced my professionalism. Organisation and problem solving were invested and developed constantly in this role and has created a passion towards delivering at a high level while also sticking to deadlines. Throughout this role I was in charge of a range of exercise classes and training sessions to develop a variety of opportunities within the civil service. I continued to develop professional relationships with my colleagues.
