My role is to maintain an excellent working relationship between our current customers and the branch. In addition to this I handle queries, source products and keep prices competitive within the local marketplace.Another key aspect of my role is to develop new customer accounts, securing a solid working relationship and providing outstanding customer service for all their commercial needs.

The main emphasis of my role is to visit commercial and industrial clients with extensive power consumption, and offer them detailed advice on solutions that will vastly reduce their operating costs and carbon output. I have extensive knowledge of 3 phase voltage optimisation and power factor correction systems, boiler management control systems, integration and conflicts with building management systems, photovoltaic systems, commercial and industrial LED solutions, amongst others.The key aspect of my role is to perform an extensive site survey, detailing every aspect of the client’s current electrical installation. I then deliver bespoke packages to my clients managing the process from initial site survey, energy reduction recommendation reports, design specifications, liaising with suppliers and installers, proposal stage presentations and project managing schemes through to commissioning.
