I was poached by Trevor Beattie to change the agency's thinking from traditional advertising to a more modern approach.Prior to joining BMB, I was for four years joint creative director at Tribal DDB, where I worked across a variety of campaigns for clients including Volkswagen, The Guardian, Thomson and Philips. Before this, I worked at Springer & Jacoby in Hamburg, producing TV work for T-Mobile and award-winning press for Fisherman's Friend. At BMB, I worked on award winning work for Carling, Microsoft, Yorkshire Tea and Ikea.
