I am Founder and Strategy/Creative Director of Ramp, a creative agency based in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand. Our focus is to help elevate people, culture, and business through the power of inclusive design. I work with public and private sector clients, with a focus on creating and enabling brands to resonate with diverse audiences. My specific areas of focus include the sectors of Education, Health, Agriculture, Transport, Finance, and Technology.I believe that the real beauty in design lies not only in the aesthetic, but also in how many people are willing and able to engage with it. This belief has led me to develop an inclusive design approach called TGTHR (together), which integrates accessibility design, Ramp's cross-cultural design model 'He Whitianga', and inclusive design process models.I believe we can all play a part in creating a more connected, equitable and inclusive world that gives us all the opportunity to thrive.
