Conduct installation, testing, and troubleshooting of main engine fuel controls for F-15/16 aircraft requiring internal adjustments to meet specific flow, pressure, and electrical tolerances to automatically adjust for temperature, humidity, velocity, and pressure utilizing technical documentation and schematics. Adjustments frequently require the use of precision tools, such as, torque wrenches, dial indicators, multi-meters, and micrometers. Perform test, adjustments, and troubleshooting of main engine fuel, augmenter, and boost pumps for B-1, B-2, F-15, F-16, and KC-135 aircraft. Utilizing schematics and common hand tolls, frequently required to break-down and set-up test stand fixtures for specific weapon system component being tested. As a recognized expert, I have trained other operators, worked with overhaul shop and Quality to resolve problem areas, and worked with planners and engineers to fix issues with work control documents and technical orders. Worked with engineers and equipment specialist to change OEM oil flow requirements to thrust bearing of F-16 fuel boost pump to meet requirements of TCTO and test stand capabilities.Represented the 552 CMMXS as member of the 76 CMXG Volunteer Protection Program Group Steering Committee that achieved Star Site status from OSHA. During my tenure on the committee the 552 CMMXS lead the group in continuous process improvement projects.Routinely consulted by supervision on safety matters throughout the squadron. Conduct safety briefings, weekly and monthly facility inspections ensuring safety of co-workers for last 3 1/2 years as Volunteer Safety Representative. TMDE Coordinator for fuel control and accessory test. Responsible for submission of precision calibrated equipment to lab for calibration and inventory of TMDE equipment to maintain mission readiness. When taking over program I have identified and corrected many problems with TMDE equipment and tool boxes.

Reviewed plans for new construction and alternation and extension of existing structures. Recommended changes and additions to ensure compliance with fire protection and prevention requirements.Inspected and corrected deficiencies to a variety of fixed fire protection systems, many of which are complex and/or designed for the specific operations and hazards. Provide localized oversight and leadership for TFS Incident Response programs and activities for an assigned geographic area and across the state, as needed. Serve as an emergency responder (including wildland fire). Deliver TFS Capacity Building programs to volunteer and municipal fire departments. Work with fire departments, communities and local officials on fire related issues to promote local capacity building and increase response capabilities on a local and statewide level. Assist in the administration of assigned personnel and the delivery of programs developed by the Chief and Assistant Chief Regional Fire Coordinators, Mitigation and Prevention Specialists, Fuels Management Coordinator and other Forest Resource Protection Departments including data collection for the Predictive Services Department. Serve on TFS Incident Management Team, with related training and preparedness. Manage and account for: TFS credit cards, vehicles log books, daily activity/time reports and any assigned TFS equipment in accordance with applicable laws, rules, procedures and guidelines.
