• Supporting Dynamic Systems Rotor Design on Sikorsky’s new prototype and development helicopters (Future Vertical Lift).• Use of computer aided design software (CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE), GD&T and FT&A to perform tasks including 3D modeling, design layouts, drawing creation, tolerance stack-ups/analysis and kinematic simulation.• Collaboration and coordination with multiple internal and external disciplines, groups and part suppliers.

• Design, implement and manage static and fatigue tests in support of the 525 Relentless (Super-Medium Helicopter) and the 505 Jet Ranger X (Light Helicopter) programs for development and FAA/Transport Canada certification. • Use computer aided design software (CATIA V6) for test fixture design for Rotor and Airframe helicopter components.• Documentation and publication of test plans and test results, integration with fatigue and stress engineering groups for implementation of test requirements and successful qualification testing.
