Our process systems are trusted and help us challenge “in maintenance” inaccuracies and initiate new cross departmental reporting and improvements. The department has maintained 30% profitability over the last 2+ years.In Jan 2014 business development brought PPL its first external client, delivering 300 voids for London Borough of Hounslow Council. Voids were returned to Hounslow Homes whilst the ALMO is absorbed back into the Council. Project is initiated, mobilized and completed successfully for LBHC and profitably for PPL.
