As the Abeka Print Shop Director, I am able to lead a team of over 100 employees succeed every day in printing and manufacturing textbooks which are shipped all over the world. I am directly involved in employee hiring and engagement. I also oversee the production operations, leading teams in each department. I have had experience in leading safety, quality, and training for a multi-faceted organization. I am a certified project manager leading change within the organization through data metrics and analytics. Other tasks include major capital expenditures, supplies procurement, and budget setting along with metrics. With my experience operating printing and post-press equipment, I have a great understanding for both operations and managament.
