WORK HISTORY:1987- 1990 After a semester at the University of Connecticut engineering school I started building homes as an apprentice carpenter.1991-1997- Started a building company as framing contractor.• General contractor coordinating with other trades and building homes in the million dollar value range doing every aspect of carpentry from frame to finish. Demolition work and hauling earth products using a gmc 6000 mason dump.1997-2000 (NERI CORPORATION and OLD COLONY)• Building salt sheds for state highways, bridge building and road construction.• Form carpentry, concrete work, operate heavy equipment.• (front and side loader, back hoe and excavator), crane rigging, iron work (lay out and tie steel rebar).• Drainage work and laser levelling devices.2000-2005 Residential building subcontracting work and running a small crew.2005-2010 (HAMMOCKS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY)• General contracting my own projects as shoreline builders of Clinton • Subcontracting mostly exterior trim work for a luxury subdivision 55 and older community line called "the hammocks" • Building million plus homes on the shore.• Did my own site work with a hitachi 120 zaxis excavator with a blade 2010-2012• I ran a crew on a privately funded 20,000 square foot commercial building in Guilford CT and a state and government funded project building 80 residential dwellings in Westport CT.2013 • Worked on a 250 million dollar compound (Paradise Island Bahamas)• Framing and roofing a complex • Roof on an outbuilding, remodelling work, masonry, coralina, tile and granite top installations.
