Subject Matter Expert responsible for setting the short and long-term strategic direction in the alarm management technology space for Refineries and Chemical plants globally. Ownership of the ExxonMobil Alarm Management Guidelines Manual and sets the central engineering guidance on the recommended usage of advanced alarm management applications and techniques. - Maintains highest level of expertise in alarming technology - Discovers, develops and deploys new alarming technology or innovations- Utilize data analytics concepts with JMP and SeeQ software applications to assist Chemical and Refineries better perform and reduction alarm metrics- Network participation in external organizations, such as International Society of Automation (ISA) 18.2 for Alarm Systems in order to leverage industry leading practices- Plans, develops and executes Research & Development programs- Mentors site and central engineers in discipline

Responsible for managing a team that supports Honeywell TDC3000/Experion Control Systems, process control computing infrastructure, network architecture, cyber security, over 250 workstations and servers and multiple user interfaces for the largest refinery in the US (560,640 barrel/day refinery)- Manage and schedule routine activities of personnel involved in supporting the Control Systems.- Identify deficiencies in support system technologies and implement recommendations.- Develop performance metrics; implement technologies to monitor the Control Systems health- Provide Subject Matter Expert support to inter-departmental organizations and capital projects- Support/Maintain the 4th largest Honeywell Alarm Configuration Applications (ACM/AEA) - Assist in developing standards, guidelines and control systems philosophies- Install/Configured/Maintained the 3rd largest Honeywell Process Control historian (PHD) in the world- Responsible for managing all Process Control Computing support contracts and renewals- Forecast budget requirements
