I have worked in public practice for over 37 years including 5 years in Alberta, Canada. I returned to the UK and in 1987 joined Finley & Partners a small practice in Sevenoaks, Kent gaining auditing and accounts preparation experience. I also had a portfolio of clients involved in sports and entertainment and maintained vat and bookkeeping records. When the partners at Finleys decided to retire the business was taken over by Brebners who also have an office in London. My role continues to evolve as the industry becomes more cloud based. I am Xero certified and many of our clients have chosen this for their cloud based accounting.
