Steve has over 30 years of foodservice and project management experience. This experience covers foodservice operations in full service restaurants, casual dining, healthcare, higher education, long term care, business and industry, Positions include, Foodservice Director, Executive Chef, Retail Manager, as well as an owner operator of an independent casual restaurant and gift store. Current position is as a Project Manager with an equipment manufacturer focused on large scale cafeteria operations with responsibility for estimating, pricing, and discounting for national accounts. Position includes working with foodservice consultants, sales reps, and the dealer community nationwide specifying the necessary equipment. This position also works closely with general contractors and installers to verify architectural drawings for field conditions, MEP's, and final finishes. Other duties include project owner for new products and existing product extension projects as Ad Hoc SCRUM product manager. Often times these duties include working with end users to address product functionality, developing new products, new features, and communicating these needs to management.
