I started in sport, was a serious rugby player and tried following my dreams to UWIC, A great sporting university in Wales. However I was always a networker and I ended up getting sponsored to go to South East Asia.Here is where I got the love for Travel, I couldn't leave and go home. Started working as an English Teacher. Then set up a company to recruit English teachers to thailand, that went wrong and in 2007 i ended up working selling travel packages to people being dragged to u by tuk tuks. This is where it all began. I went in to work for every Travel agent in Bangkok pretty much. All thai companies. I was the biggest selling agent on the world for Stray Travel, a kiwi brand that landed in asia.I set up my own brand called Porky's Travel which ran successfully for severel years. We developed our own bespoke tours and eventually were sponsored by thailands biggest brewary to run a pub crawl. We had our own private beach tour then pandemic hit. Through out my time in thailand I was a travel consultant for 15 years and I opened clubs, promoted events, distributes booze, catering. I speak thai. Now back in the uk looking to put all my experience into a very lucky employers hands.My hands on experience in many aspects of the tourism business is vast. From grass roots to management level. I have learnt the hard way and possess all the qualities needed to be a success in the world travel market.
