Over 300 drinks dispense maintenance and installation technicians are directly employed, covering the whole of the UK.I create and monitor cost effective, lean, business optimised work plans to my team of 26 planners. I manipulate resources throughout each day according to pressure points and provide clear, well documented trails and tracking. I deputise and assist the CSC team manager and am the key point of contact for installation planners in regards to support and training. I lead on customer escalations and investigate and respond to complaints. As well as day to day planning I manage long term planning for seasonal peaks feeding into master data relevant to the Supply Chain, inclusive of new product launches. I am a key information supplier to Head Office.
