My role at Amsterdam had me help direct the strategic direction of the brewing department as well as taking a lead project managing new products going to market. I was responsible for digitising the brewing department's KPIs and the internal traceability program. -Facilitated strategic direction through data modelling and interpretation, leading changes towards complete data integration - Provided performance measurements, metrics, and created innovative models tailored to brewing processes, tracking trends in fermentation.- Initiated and implemented projects leading to a 7.5% increase in yields across all brands- Designed high-level impact assessment and goal oriented recommendations based off of internal data sets to improve processes making more predictable, efficient, safe and cost effective solutions while expanding plant production by 55%- Implemented GFSI 22000 and HACCP Plan, responsible for ensuring Amsterdam's internal traceability programs efficacy

During my time at Brunswick I was responsible for delivering finished products on time and within budget. I was on the innovation team, leading the development and testing of new recipes, while working proactively to identify roadblocks in production. I made the brewing department's operational plan, determining the priority of tasks and executing brewing and fermentation schedules.- Delivered all finished products on time, within budget, with no errors- Supervised a team of twenty-five for all stages of brewing and cellaring processes- Provided coaching and training to facilitate constant development through implementing a skills matrix and standardising all company SOPs leading to 100s of saved man hours- Opportunities to interact with clients from a diverse range of beverage companies.- Developed and tested new recipes for the innovation team, modifying client products making more commercially viable beverages

- Assumed responsibility for all aspects of beer production on a 30 hectoliter 2-vessel system- Managed business process transformation project for supply chain processes, ensuring accuracy of raw material ordering- Identified opportunities for strategy regarding competitor and pricing analysis, placing Wildeye as a premium product- Nurtured and cultivated the in house barrel program, growing and developing it into a fundamental part of Wildeye's identity- Created all brewing documentation to ensure quality of product and timely intervention- BC Beer Awards: Gold Medal, International Lager- Canadian Brewing Awards: Silver Medal, German Kolsch

I managed a portfolio of over 250 high-touch schools who were actively involved in WE Schools fundraising and campaigns, implementing communication plans developed to nurture relationships in order to retain stakeholder involvement and deepen fundraising capacities. I held a leadership role on the team writing mental health awareness curriculum for the WE School Program.
