As a Senior Business Manager Site Leader based in the Hutt team my key rolls were to; 1) provide immediate support to my Regional Manager by running weekly sales meetings and ensuring collaboration with other ANZ business units and, 2) offering training and development support to the team as well as, 3) managing a large portfolio of customers. The roll is aimed at developing leadership skills whist also managing the more complex business banking customers.

Lower Hutt

I was responsible for the delivery of the ANZ commercial strategy by developing and offering a superior banking relationship to key commercial relationships in the Hutt Valley and Wairarapa. My focus centred on growing business, providing financial solutions and networking in the community.

Wellington & Upper Hutt

I started as a Business Manager in the Wellington team then transferred to Upper Hutt. I was responsible for establishing a full time business banking unit in Upper Hutt branch. I succeed in growing business banking in the area by developing my profile in the area as a trusted business banking specialist.

Christchurch & Wellington

I was regarded as crucial first line support for my Property and then Commercial Manager. My prime focus is to assist with the processing of our client’s day to day requirements including the preparation of applications for limits, and the subsequent review and management of these businesses.

Wellington & Christchurch

Starting with the BNZ in 1999 as a Personal Banker I is was promoted to this position in November 2000. In this role I worked as a team with my Commercial Manager to provide customers with a superior banking relationship. I acted as an executive backup in the Commercial Managers absence or unavailability. This undertook complex credit and financial analysis, responding to customer enquiries, meeting service standards and providing efficient administration support.
