Manage duct work, heating and chilled water, Mechanical electrical wiring installations, across 10 floors of the New Royal Adelaide Hospital plus the plant rooms. Supervising approximately 80 workers and assisting with the Commissioning of systems. To supervise & manage labour which included, piped services, plumbers, refrigerant fitters, duct work, sprinklers, commissioning engineers, BMS controls, laggers. Co-ordinate mechanical services in line with electrical services combing containment brackets where possible. Order materials, plant Items, mark up builders work drawings for plant bases, penetrations through walls, floors, roof.Sign off gas, unvented hot water installations. Be responsible for the Site Safety File. Deliver site inductions, safety talks, write out method statements, risk assessments. attend site meetings including safety and progress (LEAN) .
