Defended MDCO's rights and IP in the US and EU, including three-partu patent infringement case that was critical to the company's sale. Oversaw patent portfolios for 12 products or product candidates, including inclisiran, the potentially game-changing cholesterol drug at the center of the sale. Managed all legal matters, from M&A to licensing, litigation, compliance, public filings and regulatory issues, IP and employment matters.Served as Secretary of the Board of Directors and the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
