I was responsible for managing a busy Credit Control Department for an Deloitte 500 award winning Telecommunications company based in Cheshire. Responsible for achieving and exceeding Collection targets, managing Credit Exposure and Credit limits to minimize the credit risk to the company.

Responsible for chasing debt at the end of the collections cycle, chasing debtors via phone, email, letters and texts. Dealing with solicitors and passing accounts for further legal action should this be required.

Responsible for multiple debt ledgers, chasing debt via telephone and letter, requesting credit notes for accounts when overcharging had occurred and dealing with customer complaints in order to get a satisfactory result.
