Founded the firm approximately 18 years ago and have grown it to include 3 partners and approximately 20 support staff. This can include representation of Creditors in a Bankruptcy Estate. We routinely litigate bankruptcy issues in State and Federal Courts.Bankruptcy Chapter 7 Small Business. We advise small businesses that are in the unique situation of planning a liquidation of assets.Social Security Disability: Initial applications, appeals, and adjudication at the federal hearing level. We will also litigate claims in Federal Court.Estate Planning. We will formulate an estate plan for individuals, small or large, that meets their objectives related to dispositive, tax, business continuity, and other goals. This could include individuals with a small net worth up to and including individuals with potential federal estate tax thresholds.Estate Administration. We will assist executors and trustees with the administration of estates, the ongoing tax obligations, and the distribution of assets related to those estates.Veterans Law. We will assist Military Veterans with potential disability claims related to their service to the United States Government.Our firm will provide a free consultation on any of these matters.
