• Manages and supports 10 drilling rigs in the Fayetteville Shale and Eagle Ford region in the hauling of drilling fluids. Five rigs in Arkansas and 5 rigs in Texas. • Gross revenue stream for hauling drilling fluids to 10 rigs range from $7-8M monthly.• Supervises and mentors up to 40 employees including 4 mid-level managers, truck drivers and mechanics assuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Creates and sends to owner a daily financial report of the day to day operations, analyzing daily costs & revenue by each state and each truck.• Negotiated the purchase of two $350K Peterbilt trucks increasing the efficiently of daily operations. • Directed the 2013 safety program assuring each employee was qualified, assuring OSHA compliance.

• Expanded company and developed a highly successful well servicing division growing to a 50 customer base. • Spearheaded and ran the well servicing operation with the support of a drilling engineer by providing a variety of specialized tools to follow the well servicing protocol. • Served a 50 customer base with a collection rate of 99%. Greater than 250 completion projects were accomplished along with the day to day general servicing needs of customers.• Three rigs were available for service and completion work or recompletion projects. • Completion projects included strategic casing placement, logging, cementing and squeezing activities.• Directly involved in re-completion of existing wells, open hole completion, drill outs and limited horizontal drilling activities. • Well stimulation processes were accomplished through hydraulic, gas or ordinance based fracturing.
