Aid case managers and support to youth under supervision from the Case Management DirectorConduct needs assessment, obtaining pertinent information, and establishing program goals for youth.Coordinate any identified needs for minors through community-based services.Assisting with Service Plan (ISP) and assessments within appropriate periods of youth placement under supervision from Case Manager Director

Hold Chapel services with worship music and biblical teaching.Meet with pastors in the area to gain support for residents.Take residents to other church services, especially youth services so they can worship with other teens.Conduct spiritual assessments. obtain pertinent information and establish program goals for residents’ spiritual life.

Helping students with their studies. Grace using Accelerated Christian Education curriculum.Supervise and aid the students with the scoring of their paces, answer any questions they may have, help grade their tests and help them develop Christian character and a Christian perspective in their daily lives.Coached middle school basketball, track, and tennis.
