• Responsible for the both the Learner Responsive and External Workforce Contracts, setting targets and ensuring these are met and maximising contracts.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Executive Team and local authorities on contract performance, pipeline growth and activity.
• Evaluate the quality expectations and needs of the Stakeholders in relation to quality.
• Liaising with Managing Directors / Stakeholders to identify training needs and be able to identify workforce requirements for an organisation and be able to review the current workforce for an organisation against.
• Liaise with the External Development team and Training Co-ordinator for organisational requirements of external companies and ensure that the external company’s needs are met. Co-ordination of External and Internal.
• Organise and chair Partnership Meetings. Attend other relevant meetings both internally and external to the company.

Pm Training (Project Management)

• Design, development and co-ordination of training for all learners on all programmes including Foundation Learning and Apprenticeship programmes (Diplomas & NVQs) with progression to employment.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the Executive Team on performance and positioning.
• Contributing as appropriate to the training on taster training and other programmes particularly during induction periods.
• The assessment, monitoring and reviewing of all learners in accordance with procedures laid down by the awarding bodies (City & Guilds, CITB etc.) and government bodies.
• Monitoring of learner progress during induction period with a view to finding suitable placements / programmes to meet the learner’s needs and abilities.
• Interview and recruit learners and to represent PM Training at Careers, Training and other marketing exhibitions.

• Employed to supervise a group of upto 10 offenders during community service sessions reporting to the Project Officer.
• Carrying out duties under the direction of the Project Officer within the local region.
• Responsible for the transportation of offenders to the project site, as well as oversight of the work task in progress.
• Implementing the weekly schedule of pre-set activities.
• Ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required standards, Observing Health & Safety requirements.
• Responsible for minimising danger to offenders and the general public during the course of each session.

• Employed as a Tutor Assessor within a Stoke-on-Trent based Training Company, with responsibility for the development and delivery of NVQ’s and Modern Apprenticeships reporting to the Training Manager.
• Implementing all systems and assessments in line with the awarding body.
• Development of NVQ training programmes, suitable for groups and individuals.
• Arranging and integrating work placements for painting and decorating trainees.
• Monitoring and reviewing progress within the workplace of each candidate.
• Assessing and evaluating competence levels in line with NVQ criteria.
