I am an innovative, forward thinker and like to apply my skill set to solving problems and meeting business needs and expectations. Being creative to solve people's problems is what I enjoy most about my work.I have worked at Zen Internet since 2008, over 15 years now. During this time I have worked on numerous BSS and OSS systems from Direct Debit automation to online portals and BPM process integration.I am a quality focused individual that takes pride in delivering a high standard of work to schedule. I have a proven track record of working well both individually and as part of a team. I am excellent at seeing the bigger picture, visualising how all the various components of a system work together and anticipating potential issues, designing and developing solutions that are effective and robust.I am currently looking for a new challenge in either a new sector or a even a new career in a different industry.My background is in Mechanical Engineering and have knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques.My technical expertise includes C#, Business Process Management (BPM) and SQL Server.
