I am a passionate real estate professional with over 22 years of practical valuation experience and with a broad knowledge of international markets across the UK, EMEA, Americas and Caribbean regions having worked out of head offices in London, New York, Abu Dhabi, Dublin and the Cayman Islands. Over the course of my career I have gained valuation experience covering all property sub-types including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and industrial. I pride myself on having a deep understanding of the different valuation components which helps me to provide strong technical advice that is user friendly and tailor made for the purpose intended. I see myself as an innovator, often able to find practical solutions to complex problems, that others can not. A confident and effective communicator, I respond proactively to clients needs and I am thoughtful and efficient in my execution. Loyal clients commend me for my consistency, attention to detail and reliability. This has helped to forge many longstanding relationships. I hold an honors degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brooks University and I am one of the youngest current members to be awarded Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and an Honours Member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation(IRRV(Hons)). In addition to this, I hold The Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and an Accredited RICS Evaluative Mediator. I am also an RICS Registered Valuer, a licensed APC assessment chairman and regularly mentor Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) candidates en route to achieving their AssocRICS and MRICS qualifications.
