I also created detailed Lesson Plans for each job role within the Packaging, Shipping and Brewing departments which included, step by step instructions, Safety requirements as well as Food Safety points, where applicable.My responsibilities included developing and delivering training materials specializing in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) such as Ammonia Awareness. I am also a First Aid Attendant as well as a member of our Joint Health and Safety Committee and help to coordinate training around our medical equipment and processes (e.g. CPR, AED, etc.) as well as conduct detailed Safety Tours of our facility as part of our Onboarding training.
