Stephen is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., Cum Laude, 2009) and Stetson University College of Law (J.D. 2011) and Antonin Scalia Law School (LL.M. 2023). Mr. Samouce concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation, condominium and homeowners associations, and antitrust law. He is a member of the Collier County Bar Association. He won election to (2018 and 2022), and continues to serve on, the Board of Directors of the Condominium Association where he resides. He is a member of the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Condominium and Planned Unit Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar. He is a member of the Public Interest Law Section of the Florida Bar.
