Maintain material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems• Troubleshooting on PLCs(Siemens, Omron,Allen bradley,Delta ), Drives(Danfoss, Omron,Sew),ASI,Profibus,etc.• Troubleshooting and Solving issues on Electrical , Instrumentation, Utility Equipment.• Inspection of Production Lines to ensure safe working environment.• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on all automation equipment in the plant• Auditing of Automation, Electrical, instrumentation and control Equipment• Performs basic construction, installation, maintenance support, drafting of documentation, testing activates to ensure compliance with specification of code and reliability requirement.• Develop and Implements planned Maintenance and Calibration of system for process critical instrumentation.• Assists in incident investigation identifying root cause and appropriate correction action to improve safety and environment in the plant • Continuously seek out and identifies opportunity for improvement in maintenance and operation cost.• Supervisory role on subordinates • Ensure that SOP, housekeeping and policies are maintained
