About Stephen Samuel

My experience in IT support is wide and varied, including troubleshooting (on and off-site), installing software, and configuring desktops. I have also provided IT help desk support and have developed excellent interpersonal skills as a result. I am particularly skilled in explaining technical issues to people with little or no IT expertise. The IT support industry is an exciting one to be in and I am dedicated to keeping up-to-date with developments to benefit my employer, my customers, and me. I am able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work to set targets. My problem-solving abilities are first-rate. I am a very hands-on individual who has always wanted to pursue a career in IT. Combined with my need to fix and install IT equipment I decided to follow a career as a Technician. As well to my technical skills, I am a good communicator. spend a great deal of my time at client-customer sites and enjoy meeting different people and helping and explaining information about their equipment to them.
