I'm not the guy that will often say "Sorry, I'm bad with names." I'm the complete opposite! I'm passionate about people and the positive traits each unique individual can offer personally and professionally. I may be having a conversation with a stranger for the first time, but from a distance you would think we grew up in the same cul-de-sac. I'm constantly fascinated and genuinely interested about peoples past and present journey. What motor inside drives them to wake up each morning? How does each individual measure success? Once able to decipher both, I feel you then have full transparency to approach any scenario the correct way. Rattle, disrupt, shake up, change, evolve. I believe in consistently challenging the status quo in an effort to hold people, processes and operations accountable. I try to live by three standards that apply to any facet of life. Stand on your own two feet and take responsibility for yourself. Treat others with the dignity and respect they deserve. Live with the consequences of your actions.
