Multi-family sector project manager

Working in the SPG group of the Columbus office focusing on projects $15M and under. Duties include all aspects of construction management from preconstruction, estimating, document control, drawing updates, submittals, RFI's, proposals, Owner and architect relations, scoping reviews, change management, scheduling, and more. Proficient using Bluebeam, Bluebeam Studio, and Primavera P6.

Main job duties include: submittals, RFI's, working with the architect and owner, working with the project managers on the schedule and contracts, change orders, pricing review, material procurement, walking the buildings creating subcontractor deficiency lists, preconstruction activities, and bid reviews.Market sectors include mult-family housing, state of Ohio projects, retail, and more. Projects include: 1400 Main Street Apartments (376 unit apartment complex), ODOT Warren County Maintenance Facility, Goodwill Columbus store in Hilliard, Goodwill Columbus store in Canal Winchester, BGSU Greek Housing preconstruction, and others.

801 Polaris Parkway. 270 unit luxury apartment complex project. Main duties were material delivery coordination, coordinating subcontractors to perform work in accordance with the project schedule, weekly meeting minutes, material tracking, RFI's, material take-offs, safety, and monitoring subcontractor work quality.

I am basically an assistant to the project manager and project superintendent. Responsible for writing RFI's, change orders, ordering and scheduling material deliveries, weekly reports to the corporate office, running weekly safety meeting with subcontractors, working with the project manager to create the construction schedule, and writing weekly meeting minutes. Currently construction a 539 bedroom apartment complex at the University of South Florida, previously built a 579 bedroom apartment complex at Kent State University as well.
